If you have anger in your body, it
can make you wrong decide for something. Moreover, it is bad for your health
when you keep anger in your mind. For example: when you angry, it can make your
high blood pressure, insomnia, or heart disease.
4- Listen other
idea from other people
Currently,
we live with high challenge and we are very busy with some work. This reason
makes us no enough time to listen feelings or idea from other people around the
body. When we don't listen idea or feel from other people, it can make conflict
in work place and family. To become a strong person, you should actively listen
idea or feel from other people around your body and it can make you patient. It
can help you to make friends too.
