1- Write down what you want to do daily
Everyday, we have a lot of tasks to do from morning to evening but you need to make sure that you can remember what you want to accomplish today. So you can practice by starting write down what you want to accomplish daily. When you get up in the morning, you should spend some time to think and write down about what you want to do today.

2- Enjoy with exercising
To get a good health, you should do exercise daily. Accounting to studying of health professionals confirmed that exercising is very important for health. It can make us have a good mental and physical health. It is very easy way to exercise such as runs or walks around your place. When you make to break a sweat, poison are in your body will destroyed.

3- Make your life in present
It is very difficult thing but you can do it. Indeed, everyone always have past action but you should not think so much about past action. You need to focus on what is happening here and now to make a better quality of life. According to psychotherapist Joyce Marter say that you should respect and keep past action in your lessons and you must allow them go. You should not worry about past action. You need enjoy your life in the present with meditation and deep breathing that it can help you focus on the present.

4- Set your goals that are realistic and attainable
You should set your goal follow with situation. If you set high goal, you will not get like expectation because you can get stress with your goal by yourself. When you set goal, you should think about realistic and chance to attain these goals. If your answer is no, you should cut down your expectation or change plan and start again.

5- Don't try to control what you can't
You should try to fill your work with best. But you should not use your energy to control other people around your body. Instead, you should to focus and control on yourself better than you control other people.

6- Prepare your body for tomorrow
According to studying confirmed that most people gets success because they prepared their body for tomorrow. It means that they try to finish task today and they are preparing for the next day. You need to write down your action for tomorrow on your book. When you practice like this everyday, you will get good result and you will become a strong person with your life.
